VideoMakers is committed to protecting your right to privacy. To that end, we collect only the information necessary to serve you as a customer and to improve our web site. We never sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise disclose any of your personal information under any circumstances to anyone beyond what is required to complete your project.
Information We Collect
The information collected about you is limited to traffic logs and whatever you may enter or voluntarily disclose in associated communications (email messages, telephone calls, etc.). This includes your name, billing address, shipping addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and method of payment information.
To guard against fraud, we store IP address and reverse DNS information for all projects.
This information is stored in secure databases and may be accessed only by VideoMakers employees and agents who are in the process of completing your project. This information is not sold or otherwise disclosed to any party unless it is necessary to answer your questions or complete your projects.
Cookies are small amounts of information stored by us on your computer through your web browser.
Enabling cookies is not required to use our site. But enabling cookies can make the experience easier and more pleasant for you.
We hate spam just as much as (or maybe more than) you do. For that reason we do not show our customer list to anyone.
Further, we do not engage in aggressive marketing techniques ourselves. We have built our reputation on strong word-of-mouth, and prefer to keep it that way.
If you have had a satisfactory experience with VideoMakers, we encourage you to pass along our name to your family and friends.
Any information we store about you is available only to VideoMakers employees and affiliated individuals who are in the process of completing your project. The amount of information shared is limited to exactly the amount necessary to fulfill the task which has been assigned.
For example, an employee or affiliate who is preparing your project for shipment has no need to see your credit card information, therefore that information is not available to them. On the other hand, an employee processing your credit card transaction may need to use your billing address as a form of verification and would thus have access to it.
In all cases, your information is stored securely, and access is strictly limited to those who need to know.
If you have questions or comments about our privacy policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
